Founder-Director of the Oxford Centre for Technology and Development (OCTD), focused on impact measurement for climate-tech in emerging markets. Author of Smart Borders, Digital Identity and Big Data (Bristol University Press, 2023) and co-editor of Data Science for Migration and Mobility (OUP, 2022).
